Job description

Our client based in Pinelands is looking for a Sales Order Management Specialist to join their dynamic team.


You will be required to fulfil the following duties:


  • Look after all sales orders for B2B Website and Telesales Team
  • Allocate stock to sales orders and Invoice orders out accordingly
  • Ensure that all invoiced goods are in the delivery section for the drivers on a daily basis
  • Help the storeman with stock takes once a month
  • Send ETA report to buyers on a weekly basis
  • Keep salespeople up to date with all ETAs


Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with good telephonic skills.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and within a team.
  • Strong numeracy skills ability to accurately and efficiently perform basic calculations such as (e.g. add subtract multiply and divide)
  • At least 2 years experience in Sales Order Management
