Business Analyst

SUMMARY:
A leading payment solutions provider is seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing team. This role supports the development and delivery of innovative payment products by translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring alignment across teams.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business and reporting requirements Translate business needs into functional documentation Document procedures and workflows Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO Manage requirement changes and maintain BA documentation Support UAT and ensure features meet requirements Continuously improve analysis tools and processes Perform all other tasks related to the role Job Experience and Skills Required: Relevant tertiary qualification 3-5 years of business analysis experience Strong understanding of the payments environment (retailers, digital, , card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence, and Visio
