ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven Retail Banking track record, and will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of banking systems and processes.The candidate will work in cross-functional Agile teams, including product owners, developers, testers, project managers, and other stakeholders (e.g. Risk) to identify customer and business needs, and translate them into requirements expressed as Use Stories, to ultimately deliver compelling Customer Experiences.KEY RESULT AREAS
Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for banking systems and processes in an Agile environmentWork with product owners and development teams to design and develop solutions that meet customer needsAnalyze and translate business requirements into artefacts that define and express the requirements, including :User StoriesAcceptance Criteria (Gherkin)Business ProcessesBusiness RulesWireframesData RequirementsRun Grooming sessionsProactively manage project timelines, and deliverables, utilising and engaging in, Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesConduct user acceptance testing and ensure that systems and processes are performing as expectedCommunicate with stakeholders to provide updates on status and ensure alignment with business goals and objectivesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Domain Expertise :Experience with system implementation, testing, and deployment, ideally in Retail BankingDemonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendorsFamiliarity with regulatory compliance and risk management practices in the Retail Banking industryRetail Banking in generalDigital Banking (online and mobile app)Savings and Current AccountsRetail Lending (including Personal Loans and Overdrafts)CardDigital MarketingFraudCustomer OnboardingCollectionsWork Experience :
3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst, specifically in Retail Banking and retail lending, with a focus on digital banking systems and processesAt least 2 years working on Agile projectsSkills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldKnowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and LeanExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solvingAbility to work independently and in a team environment in an Agile frameworkStrong analytical and critical thinking skills.COMPETENCIES

Requirements ManagementIdentify, elicit, and document project / process requirements, using appropriate modeling technique, if required. Analyze requirements and validate with original users, eliminating confusion. Define the testing scripts and verification criteria to ensure requirements are met.
