Our client is a leader in the industry seeking a Commercial Manager to take full ownership of the company's operations, strategy, and business performance. This is a pivotal role for a commercially astute leader with a strong background in logistics, business development, and financial management. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the company's commercial strategy to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and strengthening client relationships. Lead , budgeting, forecasting and cost management to optimise operational efficiency. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service offerings and market positioning. Manage key supplier and stakeholder relationships, negotiating contracts and optimising procurement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high operational standards. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Requirements Proven experience in a senior commercial, operational, or role within the logistics industry. Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial planning. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive teams and business objectives. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Relevant degree or qualification in business, logistics, or a related field.
