Financial Controller

Duties:

• Perform financial accounting functions in line with IFRS and company policies

• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

• Manage intercompany reconciliations and recharge processes

• Review balance sheet reconciliations and process journals

• Prepare management accounts and conduct trend analyses

• Analyze financial results against budgets and support budget formulation

• Coordinate audits and implement corrective actions

• Work proficiently in Microsoft Excel and relevant accounting systems

• Support and motivate the accounting team to meet tight deadlines and operational goals

Requirements:

• A three-year financial qualification (e.g., BCom / IAC / CCA)

• Professional registration – ACCA and/or IAC

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar accounting role

• Solid understanding of IFRS and management accounting

• Knowledge of income tax and budgeting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
