Job Description

• Designing and delivering educational programs for sales teams to improve their skills and maximize their potential.
• Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
• Designing training curricula within time and budget constraints
• Producing physical and digital educational material, such as videos and case studies
• Onboarding new salespeople and conducting orientation to the sales process
• Developing individual coaching plans and providing resources and assistance
• Conducting individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
• Monitoring sales objectives and results
• Collecting feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
• Reporting on the impact of training programs, such as sales achieved
