GM : Manufacturing

Experience required :

• Degree (Industrial Engineer, Engineer, Logistics etc)
• Proven management skills and experience in FMCG, pharma or cosmetics complex manufacturing environment
• Knowledgeable of GMP, regulatory and quality standards
• Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and data driven decision making
• ERP / WMS systems proficiency
• Strong commercial / business acumen
• Solid problem solving and systems-thinking mindset
• Ability to instill a culture of continuous improvement, resilience and adaptability
