Production Manager Machine Shop

🔧 What Youll Do

• Lead the Machine Shop : Oversee both conventional and CNC machining operations, ensuring machines, schedules, and people are optimized for maximum output.
• Plan & Control Production : Implement effective production schedules, monitor workflow, and ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification.
• Build & Mentor Your Team : Manage supervisors, setters, and operators driving accountability, skills development, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Champion Quality : Ensure 100% adherence to quality standards, tight tolerances, and zero-defect production.
• Drive Efficiency : Improve OEE, reduce scrap, and implement Lean Manufacturing and 6S best practices.
• Collaborate & Report : Work closely with planning, quality, and maintenance teams and report on key performance metrics to management.

🎯 What Were Looking For

Education : National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering (or a trade-tested artisan with management experience).
