About the Role :

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic individual to join this well-established market leader which delivers full campaign rollouts including design and prototyping, digital printing and final field execution.

They are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a solid background in digital printing to lead and oversee their production operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of industry experience , strong technical knowledge, and proven leadership ability to drive efficiency, maintain high quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the digital print production floor
• Manage production schedules, workflow, and staffing requirements
• Maintain and improve quality assurance standards
• Coordinate with sales, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth job execution
• Monitor equipment performance and arrange maintenance when necessary
• Implement cost control and process optimization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff
