Were not just making ice cream were crafting joy, one scoop at a time. Our luxury ice cream brand has three buzzing stores in and around Cape Town, were stocked in selected top-end retailers, we supply some of the citys most exciting restaurants , and were growing fast. We use only the finest natural ingredients no artificial flavours or colourants, ever and everything is made in small batches for exceptional quality . Now, we need a hands-on, flavour-obsessed Production Manager to lead our kitchen magic.

Who You Are

Youve got the precision of a scientist and the flair of a pastry chef (because you are one!). You know how to keep production running like clockwork without losing sight of creativity, quality, or that little spark that makes people go "Wow!".

Your World Will Include :

• Running daily small-batch production in our central kitchen, making sure every scoop is as dreamy as the last.
• Developing, testing, and perfecting recipes (think luxury ice cream with pastry chef-level finesse).
• Managing stock, suppliers, and schedules so nothing melts under pressure.
• Leading and inspiring the production team training them in both technique and taste.
• Ensuring health & safety standards are followed to the letter.
• Coordinating supply to our own stores, selected retailers, and restaurant partners.
