What we are looking for : Graphic Designer (AI and Motion Graphics)
What you will do :
- Conceptualise, design and animate engaging visual content for digital campaigns, social media, web, print and presentations
- Leverage AI-powered tools to generate design concepts, streamline workflows and enhance creative output
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure all assets reflect strategic objectives and maintain brand consistency
- Create and edit short-form motion graphics and MP4 advertisements optimised for digital platforms
- Combine visuals, sound and transitions to produce impactful motion narratives
- Maintain organized design files, templates and version control for scalable production
- Stay up to date with AI, animation and design trends to continuously evolve creative quality and innovation
What you must have :
Diploma or degree in Graphic, Motion, or Multimedia Design4–6 years in digital design and motion for campaigns or multimedia projectsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite; familiar with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway ML, DALLE)Strong design fundamentals (colour, typography, layout) and ability to turn complex ideas into clear visualsKnowledge of AI animation, voice-over tools, branding, UX, and accessibilityCreative, detail-driven, collaborative and adaptable to new technologiesBonus : Experience with 3D animation or generative video toolsRequirements
