Recruitment Operations Associate (Remote – South Africa)

ROI Consultancy is a recruitment agency based in the Netherlands, specializing in the finance market. We connect top talent with leading firms while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

We’re looking for a self-motivated, driven Recruitment Operations Associate to join us remotely. You’ll work directly with the founder and play a key role in building our pipeline of candidates and clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on targets, takes ownership, and wants to grow fast in a performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

LinkedIn Outreach : Run daily messaging campaigns to generate candidate leads and maintain active pipelines.

Post-Call Support : After the founder speaks to a candidate, you’ll :

• Research relevant companies hiring for similar roles.
• Identify decision-makers (partners, hiring managers, directors).
• Send professional outreach emails introducing the candidate.
