Are you a data‑driven marketer who gets excited about turning clicks into customers? Syntech is seeking a motivated and meticulous Paid Media & Growth Strategist to own our paid advertising strategy across a diverse range of platforms.

As a Paid Media & Growth Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will weave together data insights, strategic planning, and creative testing to optimise CPM, CPC, CPO, and other costs while maximising ROI. You'll deploy campaigns across an omnichannel landscape that includes paid socials, Google ads, B2B / B2C, e‑commerce, and retail media across several core markets.

The role requires a balance of planning, iterative testing, diligent execution, partner management, data analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager and the rest of the marketing department, and will also collaborate with Retail Sales teams and our customers.

Your work will directly shape the success of Syntech’s marketing efforts, helping to achieve strategic objectives while delivering measurable results. This dynamic role offers considerable growth potential. You can take on complex new challenges, launch campaigns in brand‑new markets, implement integrated reporting dashboards, and develop innovative AI solutions to keep our products ahead of the competition.
