You'll join a major South African mining organisation with operations spanning iron ore and other key resources. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly financial reporting and management accounts
• Perform reconciliations, investigate variances and ensure financial accuracy
• Manage month-end and year-end accounting processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Assist with audit, tax and statutory reporting requirements
• Strengthen financial controls and contribute to finance process improvements

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential)
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
• Mining industry experience (essential)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
