Generalist Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement.

• Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements.

• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking and headhunting and other.

• Conduct interviews, assessments, reference and background checks.

• Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding.

• Build and maintain candidate relationships.

• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.

• Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance with labour legislation and POPIA.
