Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all branch functions including sales, stock control, and team performance
- Drive financial performance and achieve monthly sales targets and EBITA goals
- Oversee P&L, budget management, and cost control initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop a motivated team (sales, warehouse, admin staff)
- Ensure superior customer service and resolve warranty claims
- Implement quality management systems and maintain compliance standards
- Manage stock levels, purchasing, and supplier relationships
Requirements Essential:
- Matric Certificate with Maths Literacy (minimum)
- 8-10 years' management experience in the motor industry
- Motor parts sales experience
- P&L and financial management experience
- Technical knowledge of automotive parts
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Stock management system experience (VISION, WOM advantageous)
