About the Role

We’re looking for a Media Assistant / Traffic Coordinator to manage internal and external traffic workflows, ensuring smooth delivery of TV and media spots, accuracy of instructions, and timely coordination between production, client services, and accounting teams. This position also supports the media buying and operations team through data entry, reporting, and analytical assistance.

Responsibilities

Traffic Coordination

• Send weekly traffic to TV stations in coordination with Production and Client Services.
• Place orders via ExtremeReach to deliver spots to appropriate TV stations.
• Confirm receipt and airing with stations within a day of start date.
• Enter all traffic data into sTraffic (Strata) in line with media and accounting deadlines.
• Verify traffic accuracy on monthly invoices and communicate discrepancies for reconciliation.
• Email TV stations regarding traffic-related invoice issues monthly.
• Download, analyze, and distribute CSA reports each month.
• Maintain Critical Stats and assist with the CSA Top 150 market project annually.
• Distribute weekly traffic agendas as needed.

Salary : 1400 USD - 1600 USD
