Position : Sales and Admin Assistant

SALES AND ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
The Company seeks to employ a professional and organised Sales and Administration Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will function as a support to the sales and admin teams in Watkins and play a crucial role in the compilation of reports to provide relevant and strategic information to the business.
Responsibilities
- Compile various reports and handle numerous administrative tasks.
- Computer Skills : Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Syspro accounting software knowledge and skill in utilizing AI tools will be an advantage.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Afrikaans).
- Reporting : Compile daily, monthly and annual sales reports and other performance reports; track Sales Progress (daily, monthly, annually); communicate Sales Progress; administer and report monthly, 6-monthly and annual incentives and rewards.
- Liaison with Syspro report writers regarding trouble shooting and IT assistance related to Business Partner Manager reporting issues.
- Quarterly assessments of Business Partners, reports and communication.
- Assist with sales budgets and targets per Business Partner Manager.
- Assist Business Partner Managers in compiling and processing reports from Syspro.
- Administrative duties : Business Partner Manager and Business Partner communication (Email; SMS; WhatsApp; Social Media).
- Sales incentive, product knowledge training; maintain high level of product knowledge.
- Assist in preparing for meetings and office functions (including copies of newsletters and wrapping of gifts or prizes).
- Assist at monthly Business Partner Meetings / Marketing Events.
- Compile Starter and Recruiting Packs; filing and administration; typing of documents and letters.
- Check price lists and official marketing stationery; maintain records of relevant documentation and general office administration.
- Assist during annual stock takes; provide switchboard relief.
- Perform any other duty as instructed by Management.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience in compiling reports digitally and administration of sales.Language : Excellent verbal and writing skills (English and Afrikaans).Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.Syspro accounting software knowledge; AI tools experience is an advantage.Grade 12 (Matric); Certificate / Diploma will be an advantage.General Information

Basic Pay : Will be discussed upon successful application.
