Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor will support a global Social Wellness Club, ensuring exceptional member experiences through proactive maintenance of club facilities.
Responsibilities
- Complete preventative maintenance activities on equipment such as fitness equipment, swimming pool / spa systems, HVAC systems, hot and cold‑water systems, all building tasks, sauna, steam rooms and any other required equipment.
- Log and complete any reactive maintenance, responding to all emergency repairs and processing maintenance work orders.
- Ensure the Maintenance Operator or Technician onsite is continually upskilled to complete responsibilities and that work standards, security and safety are monitored and improved in all areas of the facility.
- Discuss all contractor requests with the Club General Manager and Regional Facility Manager before requesting a purchase order.
- Escalate any unresolved issues to the Club General Manager and Regional Facility Manager.
- Fulfil duties covering Health and Safety processes and checks required to maintain H&S compliance within the club.
- Communicate guidelines regarding health & safety policy and ensure all related documents are filed and kept up to date.
- Manage all utility consumption within the club, investigate and resolve high water and electricity consumption and address all state of repair brand standards concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist the Club General Manager with managing budgets for maintenance premises, physical plant, pools, water hygiene, grounds, consumables, health & safety and society expenses, ensuring budgets are not exceeded.
