Job description
A food production company in Johannesburg is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Control Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, overseeing food safety audits, managing customer complaints, and leading a QC team. A degree or diploma in Food Safety or a related field is essential, along with strong knowledge of HACCP and GMP. This hands-on leadership position requires a passion for food safety and the ability to work under pressure.
