Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and Insurance systems to support digital transformation initiatives and business process improvements. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring effective delivery of high-impact solutions across our insurance product lines.

Qualifications
5+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.Proven experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud).Strong domain knowledge of insurance operations , particularly P&C or life insurance.Experience with policy admin systems, claims platforms, or broker / agent portals.Excellent documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, user stories).Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Agile / Scrum methodology experience preferred.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst) are a plus.Benefits
