This prestigious role will uphold the brand’s tradition of craftsmanship while inspiring innovation in every creation.
Key Responsibilities
Craft luxury chocolate products, desserts, and pastries that reflect the brand’s heritage of excellence.
Develop seasonal collections, bespoke creations, and experiential products for retail and events.
Demonstrate mastery in chocolate tempering, moulding, enrobing, and sculpting.
Collaborate with marketing and retail teams on launches, activations, and brand experiences.
Maintain uncompromising standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.
Train and mentor junior pastry and chocolatier team members.
Represent the brand at selected events, demonstrations, and workshops as a creative ambassador.
Requirements
Formal culinary or pastry qualification with advanced chocolatier expertise.
At least 5 years’ experience in a fine dining, patisserie, or luxury chocolate atelier environment.
Proven mastery of chocolate artistry, from pralines and truffles to showpiece creations.
Creative flair with exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
