• Technical expertise in project planning, contract management and the execution of human settlement infrastructure projects
• Develop detailed project plans
• Manage project scope, schedule and costs
• 5-10 years experience in business management and managing multiple projects
• Degree / Diploma / MBA qualification
• Project management certificate
• Measure performance using relevant project management tools
