Introduction

Are you a dynamic and organized individual with a knack for keeping processes seamless and efficient? We’re on the hunt for a Stores Works Order Control Supervisor to join our team and ensure smooth coordination of materials and components from the start to the finish of works orders.

Works Order Management :

• Maintain and update Excel schedules for material availability and data accuracy.
• Monitor and manage works orders, ensuring completeness and addressing over-issues.
• Handle non-conforming goods according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and maintain stock accuracy at ≥98%.

Stock Preservation :

Health, Safety, and Facility Management :

Minimum : Matric (NQF 3)

Advantageous : Stock Control Certificate

Experience : 2 years in a similar role, with proficiency in E1 / JDE systems and strong computer skills.
