The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of our product, process, and production system, and will understand the data and its meaning very well.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Job Outputs : Data Management

• Maintaining our data dictionary in conjunction with our data stewards.
• Providing necessary insights to improve the quality of our data.
• Ensuring that necessary data is provided in the agreed format to reporting and analytics teams.
• Agreeing with the analytics teams on necessary data elements.
• Maintaining a Data Dictionary and Business Glossary.
• Translating data meaning and context for reporting and analysis teams, emphasizing Credit and Sales.
• Deep understanding of the Production system mechanics of each of our product flows.
• Understanding how Salesforce is implemented.
• Managing database objects, fields, and their relationships.
• Providing detailed information on database changes.
