Location : Atlantic Seaboard & Constantia
Salary : R18,000 – R22,000 (Negotiable)
Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced and well-presented Floor Manager to manage front-of-house operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for service excellence and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure smooth floor operations during shifts, maintaining guest satisfaction at all times.
- Oversee table allocations, reservations, and service flow.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support training and development initiatives for service staff.
