Responsibilities

Your day-to-day life

We are looking for a Laboratory Reference Standard Administrator in ZAF. Your mission will be to maintain the integrity of our reference standards and ensure smooth lab operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy working with data and people, this could be the perfect fit.

What you will be doing

• Be the go-to person for managing reference standards and supporting lab workflows, including :
• Receiving, logging, and storing pharmaceutical reference standards
• Monitoring stock levels and expiry dates, and keeping clients informed
• Coordinating quotes, purchase orders, and consumable orders
• Issuing samples and standards to analysts with proper documentation
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with GMP
• Supporting general lab administration and sample room organisation
