In the role of Business Banking Manager you will joina rewarding team thats doubling down on winning together.

Each day youll go above and beyond to :

• Discover new business and referral prospects while building expanding and leveraging networks of internal and external contacts
• Preserve and improve your portfolios credit risk profile while optimising profitability
• Launch initiatives to foster customer growth in the local market and execute annual business plans for your portfolio
• Working with internal specialists to best serve your customers.
• Keep up with market trends competitive offering and regulatory changes to offer strategic insights that can enhance client acquisition and retention efforts

Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need :

• Likely to be an experienced retail / private / business banker with a business-related degree and / or post-graduate professional qualification (generally CA PY ACCA MBA CIB)
• Experience within business banking and / or credit assessment
• A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
• A genuine passion for customer service.
• Proven experience providing financial advisory services fully integrated financial solutions and risk management for customers.
