SAP Business Support – Mediclinic

Mediclinic Southern Africa is a leading healthcare provider operating in South Africa and Namibia, offering acute, specialist‑oriented, multidisciplinary hospital services. The group runs 50 private hospitals and 3 hospitals in Namibia, with a total of more than 8,200 beds.

Overview

The SAP Business Support role is a centralised function that assists End Users and Business Users with SAP application functions across various modules.

Main Purpose of Job

Deliver a centralised support function that enables End Users and Business Users to effectively use SAP applications across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to end users.
Provide business support.
Provide SAP Functional Team support.

Required Education

Matric or equivalent qualification.

Desired Education

SAP certification in one of the modules used by Mediclinic Southern Africa.

Required Experience

2–3 years working with SAP in a business environment.

Desired Experience

2–3 years supporting SAP; experience in SAP Call Centre Support.

Required Job Skills and Knowledge

Experience in an End User Support environment.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Strong written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
