About The Client

Marie is a seasoned consultant working across multiple businesses, with a current focus on helping her husband establish and scale an innovative oral surgery practice. The couple has recently acquired two premium dental domains with high SEO traffic and a vision to build a network of lean, AI-enhanced dental clinics. This role is a rare opportunity to shape that vision from the ground up—and potentially extend your impact across multiple consulting projects led by Marie-Eve.

The Role

We’re looking for a Web Developer / AI-Enabled Digital Systems Lead who thrives in lean, fast-paced environments and enjoys building both customer-facing and internal systems that are efficient, scalable, and AI-integrated.

You’ll be both a builder and a strategic advisor—someone who can identify problems, recommend solutions, and execute autonomously.

What You’ll Do

• Website Redevelopment : Rebuild two high-traffic but outdated dental websites for improved UX, modern functionality, and conversion optimization.
• Form + Flow Optimization : Implement intelligent, logic-based forms that drive lead conversion and enhance user experience.
• AI-Driven Workflow Automation : Create AI-powered tools to automate dental quote generation and x-ray evaluation processes.
• CRM Implementation : Set up and customize a CRM (HubSpot or similar), incorporating AI integrations to optimize lead capture and nurture campaigns.
• Internal Tool Development : Build internal “agents” (e.g., evaluation bot, AI scribe) to reduce manual admin tasks and streamline clinic operations.
• Tech & Ops Strategy : Advise on infrastructure for a scalable, AI-powered clinic model—from clinic #1 to a national network.

What We’re Looking For

Full-stack web development experience (preferably with high-traffic websites)

Proactive problem-solver and systems thinker
