Job descriptionArchitect and build robust AI-powered automation platforms using contemporary full-stack development practices. Integrate advanced AI APIs, LLM services, and intelligent automation tools into scalable applications. Develop solutions that connect AI capabilities with existing business systems through well-designed APIs and intuitive interfaces. Implement intelligent workflows using modern automation platforms, creating responsive interfaces for exceptional AI-powered user experiences. Identify high-impact opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and complex workflows. Design intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Seamlessly integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into existing systems and processes. Ensure smooth implementation with minimal disruption, maximizing transformative potential. Lead cross-functional initiatives with developers, analysts, and stakeholders. Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to translate business needs into technical solutions. Provide training and knowledge transfer to ensure adoption and long-term success of AI systems. Monitor and optimize AI and automation systems for peak performance. Troubleshoot, enhance, and ensure reliability and consistency in outputs. Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, LLM developments, and automation trends. Apply new knowledge to drive innovation and maintain competitive edge. Ensure all AI systems meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and data security protocols. Promote responsible AI use, addressing biases and ensuring transparency. Experience : Minimum 5 years of full-stack development or advanced technical experience, including hands-on AI work. Proven record of delivering technical solutions from concept to deployment. Technical Skills : Full-stack development : Modern frontend frameworks, backend APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure; Automation : Workflow orchestration and automation tools; Cloud : AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI / ML services; Proven AI integration into applications and business systems. Development Expertise : Ability to architect applications with AI features, intuitive interfaces, and strong backend systems for AI service integration. Communication : Excellent at explaining complex AI concepts to varied audiences. Skilled in presenting solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience leading AI projects from requirements gathering to deployment. Strong client consultation and cross-functional coordination skills. Passion and Adaptability : Enthusiastic about AI's potential in business transformation. Comfortable with fast-changing technologies and continuous learning.
