Aftercare and Community Development Manager

Requirements :

Teaching qualification and 10+ years teaching experience

Experience in community upliftment

Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Available MondayFriday, 08h0017h00, with flexibility for extra hours

Strong communication, crisis management, and leadership skills

Code 8 drivers licence with PDP and own transport

Preference given to affirmative action candidates

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee aftercare operations, staff, and learners

Support learners with academics, activities, and personal growth

Manage budgets and maintain strong parentschool communication

Coordinate outreach, donations, and community events
