Sales Team Leader (Automotive) required in Polokwane.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to guide and manage the Nissan New Cars sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new vehicle sales and a natural ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve consistent performance.

You will be responsible for driving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining high dealership standards.

Salary : R18 000 – R22 000 + Commission + Demo vehicle + Fuel allowance + Cellphone allowance + Medical aid + Pension fund + 13th cheque.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the new car sales team
• Drive team performance to achieve monthly sales targets
• Oversee customer interactions to ensure exceptional service
• Assist with pricing, product knowledge, and sales strategies
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
• Support sales consultants with deal closures and negotiations
• Maintain showroom standards and vehicle display quality
• Report on sales performance and market trends
• Manage own sales pipeline while supporting the team
