Compensation: $1000/month base recurring commission on closed deals
Founded in 2016 and operating full-time since 2021 the company is a heart-led marketing company working with clients across the US Canada Europe (Sweden) and Australia. Currently supporting five active clients and generating $10$20k/month in revenue the company is focused on strategic growth aiming to reach $50$100k/month.
The founder is a marketing expert whos built her own sales funnel but needs a skilled dedicated sales professional to take things further.
Were hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation make outbound calls and close new business opportunities. This person will be responsible for generating 35 qualified leads per month managing outreach campaigns and handling cold calls with confidence and resilience.
