Key Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Maths Literacy minimum)
- 8â10 yearsâ management experience within the automotive / motor parts industry
- Proven experience in automotive parts sales and branch operations
- Strong understanding of Profit & Loss, budgets, and financial controls
- Solid experience in stock management, procurement, and inventory control
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 or similar quality management systems
- Strong leadership and people management skills across multi-functional teams
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management ability
- High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office and operational systems)
- Ability to implement policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making capability
