We are looking for a Digital Analytics & Optimization Specialist to drive data-led decision making across our digital commerce channels. This role focuses on performance monitoring customer behavior analysis and conversion optimization to improve overall channel efficiency and ROI.
Implement and manage analytics tools to gather comprehensive digital commerce data.
Analyze customer behavior and purchasing patterns to inform marketing and sales strategy.
Set clear performance targets and KPIs for all digital channels.
Identify underperforming areas and recommend actionable improvements.
Generate regular performance reports for senior management.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to optimize landing pages and user experience.
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable): Bachelors degree in Marketing Statistics or Data Analytics.
Proven experience in digital analytics eCommerce reporting or conversion optimization.
Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics Looker Studio or similar).
Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs (ROAS CAC conversion rate AOV).
Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
