Job description
Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Inspection:
Receive all incoming stock deliveries and ensure goods are handled correctly upon arrival.
Inspect deliveries for accuracy quality and condition in accordance with purchase orders and company standards.
Verify stock received against delivery notes and invoices ensuring correct quantities and descriptions.

Documentation & Administration:
Reconcile invoices against purchase orders confirming quantities values and expected delivery dates.
Accurately capture and process all receiving documentation in a timely manner.
Create and attach labels to stock items in line with purchase order and warehouse requirements.

Stock Control Support:
Assist with stock-related tasks as required by management including stock movement and storage.
Maintain accurate records of returned damaged or rejected stock.
Liaise with the Receiving Manager regarding discrepancies damages or returns.
