Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Humansdorp

Our client, a market leader and operating out of Humansdorp, is currently seeking to employ an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years’ warehouse experience within an FMCG environment
• Minimum 1–2 years’ supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control principles
• Experience working with WMS and ERP systems (Dynamics BC advantageous)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Strong leadership and people management capability
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety standards and FIFO principles

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch)
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and audits
• Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff performance
• Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards (including FIFO)
• Drive process improvements and monitor key KPIs
• Utilise WMS/ERP systems for reporting and operational control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
