Job description

Introduction

  • We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Programmatic Campaign Manager with strong hands-on experience in Display & Video 360 (DV360) and Google Ad Manager (GAM). This role is primarily responsible for planning, executing, and optimising programmatic campaigns within DV360, with secondary responsibilities supporting the Ad Operations team in Google Ad Manager (GAM). The ideal candidate is commercially minded, data-driven, and comfortable working with large datasets, performance metrics, and optimisation models. This position will report to the Head of Adtech.

Job description

  • Manage Open Auction, PMP, and Programmatic Guaranteed deals
  • Develop and execute advanced audience targeting strategies
  • Monitor budget pacing and implement bid strategy optimisations
  • Analyse campaign performance data and identify statistically meaningful trends
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to improve efficiency and ROI
  • Implement Floodlight tracking and ensure accurate conversion measurement
  • Ensure brand safety and verification compliance
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with strategy, sales, and analytics teams to align on KPIs
  • Present and introduce new features and opportunities

Minimum requirements

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and packages.
