POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and system documentation Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle Assist with solution design, testing, implementation, and user adoption Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes Serve as the bridge between business users and technical teams Job Experience and Skills Required: Minimum 4+ years' experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role Strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis methodologies Experience gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements Ability to create process maps, workflows, and system documentation Exposure to Agile environments and working with cross-functional teams Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems Experience with SQL, data analysis, or enterprise systems would be advantageous
