Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities: - Act as the key link between Head Office and operational sites, ensuring financial objectives are met. - Analyse site performance through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Monitor and manage stock controls, reporting, and operational efficiencies. - Drive process improvements through AI, automation, and technology-driven solutions. - Conduct regular site visits to support operations, provide financial guidance, and identify improvement opportunities. Qualifications & Experience: - BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years' finance experience within a commercial environment or completed articles with commercial exposure. - Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and operational finance. - Experience with AI, automation initiatives, or technology-led process improvements. - Assertive personality with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
