Job description
Job Description - Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory - Engage with residential and commercial customers to identify their energy needs - Present and promote renewable energy solutions to prospective customers - Qualify leads and maintain accurate customer information on CRM systems - Attend marketing events, activations and community initiatives to generate leads - Achieve weekly and monthly sales activity targets - Maintain accurate sales reports and provide market feedback - Follow up on leads and support customers throughout the sales process - Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey Skills & Experience - 3+ years' experience in field sales, technical sales, business development or a customer-facing sales role - Experience in renewable energy, solar, electrical or related products will be advantageous - Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills - Comfortable approaching customers and generating new business - Experience using CRM systems and mobile applications - Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently - Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Qualifications - Grade 12 / Matric - A qualification in Sales, Business or Marketing will be advantageous - An Electrical Engineering qualification will be advantageous but is not essential Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
