The Role Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok (and emerging platforms), while guiding organic social growth for Burst and select clients. You’ll pair analytical rigor with creative flair to scale profitable campaigns and build standout social brands. You Must Have (hard requirements) 5+ years in working on paid ads in a digital agency (applications without this will not be considered). Managed 5+ active client accounts concurrently. Personally managed £50,000+ / month in ad spend (aggregate across accounts) for at least the last 12 months. Creative operator: can brief, concept, and iterate hooks/angles; comfortable testing formats (UGC, statics, video, carousels). Clear track record of improving CAC, ROAS/MER, CPL, and LTV. What You’ll Do Paid Media Plan, launch, and scale performance campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok. Build test roadmaps (audiences, creative, bidding) with weekly learning agendas. Own budgets, pacing, and forecasts; hit and exceed client KPIs. Translate data into decisions: dashboards, insights, and actionable recommendations. Partner with designers/copy to create and iterate high-performing ads. Client & Delivery Be the strategic partner: set goals, report clearly, and educate stakeholders. Work cross-functionally (content, design, SEO) to ship integrated work. Keep projects tight in Monday.com. Test and implement AI tools for research, targeting, automation, and creative ops. Share POVs on platform changes, privacy shifts, and the next wave of performance marketing. Nice to Have Experience with Server-Side Tracking, CAPI, GTM, consent modes.
