About the Role:
We’re looking for a Recruitment & Admin Officer to help us hire and manage cleaning staff across the UK. You’ll be the go-to person for candidate communications, data management, and administrative support, working closely with our operations team to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
Track recruitment data using Excel
Organise emails and calendar appointments in Outlook
Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks
Take calls and detailed messages when necessary
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly salary: R7,500
40 days annual leave

Minimum 2 years experience in admin or recruitment
Strong English speaking and writing skills
Confident in handling calls with candidates
Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and data capture tools
Highly organised and reliable
Self-motivated and able to meet targets
