Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to internal users
• Assist with system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
• Support network, hardware, and software management
• Help maintain IT documentation and system records
• Assist with data capturing, reporting, and system audits
• Support cybersecurity and data protection initiatives
• Work closely with operations to resolve system-related issues

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
• Exposure to troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within IT
