Key Responsibilities

Risk & Insurance Administration

  • Administer and maintain enterprise risk registers and insurance records in line with ERM requirements.
  • Support weekly risk reporting and provide accurate risk insights to management and governance committees.
  • Coordinate short-term and long-term insurance renewals, ensuring completeness and timeliness.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all insurance claims, premiums, and memberships.
  • Ensure insurance claims are processed efficiently and in accordance with internal procedures and ethical standards.

Governance, Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to Ingrain’s internal risk and insurance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Assist with internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
  • Prepare compliance, insurance, and risk reports for risk committees and other governance forums.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulatory, statutory, and ethical requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support risk champions and collaborate with internal stakeholders across all business units.
  • Liaise effectively with insurance brokers, insurers, and industry bodies.
  • Attend and support risk and insurance meetings, including preparation of agendas and accurate minute-taking.
  • Build strong working relationships with operational and management teams to support coordinated service delivery.

Sustainability & SHER Support

  • Support climate, environmental, and sustainability risk assessments.
  • Consolidate insurance and risk data for ESG and sustainability reporting.
  • Assist in aligning insurance cover with business continuity, climate, and social risk considerations.
  • Support responsible and ethical claims management, with consideration of environmental and community impacts.
