Talent Effectiveness Partner
Purpose of the Role :
Talent Effectiveness Partners deliver efficient, accurate and timely customer focused enquiry advice as the first point for HR contact to colleagues and third parties. To provide general guidance, assistance and resolutions in terms of employee information and administration. Talent Effectiveness Partners to work alongside the wider HR teams and support the HR community in the delivery of HR services such as talent acquisition, learning and leadership development, reporting and employee relations.
Responsibilities :
Collaboration and Communication :
Execute all the touch points to deliver on the people promise
Fulfil the role of business manager for the HCCP or Senior BP as may be relevant
Ensure all HC service management requirements are met timeously.
Facilitate all activity in relation to Performance management including performance management reporting as well as ensuring employees have loaded their KPIs on HC Focus.
Provide employee coaching and advice on HC related matters and processes .
Assist and support in managing all activities in relation to Wellness interventions and applicable data reporting requirements.
Assist and support in managing all activities in relation to Employee relations
Assist and support in managing all activities in relation to Learning and Development initiatives as directed
Assist and support in all activities relating to Engagement Survey focus groups and actions against EES plans.
Act as employee champion by being a trusted HC advisor.
Assist and support in managing all activities relating to Change management planning, execution and reporting.
Data Management :
Support the management and reporting of organisational data, including providing insights on team structures, resourcing and the impact of change.
Ensure that data relating to organisational and leadership changes, as well as team capacity and capability, is accurately monitored and maintained.
Assist with all activities relating to data, process and system management effecting Business Unit requirements.
Be the custodian of data relating to Business Unit requirements on HC related matters.
Policy and Procedure :
Assist and support in driving and actioning any HC related facilitation concerning awareness of policies, changes to HC related policies and, policy engagement in general.
Talent Development :
Assist and support in driving the execution of talent plans and skills development activities to support succession planning, as directed.
Assist and supporting identification of learning needs, & support learning and development team in landing management essentials programme
Required :
Matric (NQF Level 4)Diploma / Degree in Human Resources
2 - 3 HR Consultant / HR Generalist
Experience supporting across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations..
