FEED MILL TEAM LEADER

Our client in the agricultural milling and animal feed industry is seeking a Feed Mill Team Leader to oversee production operations in Bloemfontein!

Location: Bloemfontein, Free State
Salary: Market Related
Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

Experience Required:

  • National Senior Certificate (NQF 4 or equivalent)
  • 1 year supervisory experience (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of feed mill machinery and equipment (advantageous)

Skills Required:

  • Persistence

Qualifications Required:

  • National Senior Certificate (NQF 4 or equivalent)
  • Supervisory experience advantageous

Computer Skills:

  • MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular quality control checks on feed, ensuring ingredient accuracy and product uniformity
  • Manufacture feed according to established formulas and quality standards
  • Ensure staff follow procedures and perform duties correctly
  • Troubleshoot production issues and equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime
