About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Cellphone Repair Technician to join our growing team in Cape Town. If you're passionate about mobile technology and have strong hands-on repair experience, this opportunity is for you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of cellphone faults while delivering excellent customer service. Experience with appliance repairs will be

considered an advantage.

What You'll Be Repairing & Doing

· Diagnosing hardware and software faults

· Screen replacement (LCD/OLED)

· Battery replacement and charging port repairs

· Board-level repairs (basic to intermediate)

· Camera, speaker, microphone, and button repairs

· Software flashing, updates, and data recovery

· Using specialised repair tools and diagnostic equipment

What We're Looking For

· Minimum 2 years' experience in cellphone repairs

· Proven experience repairing smartphones (Android & iOS)

· Appliance repair experience beneficial

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Good time management and ability to meet repair deadlines

· Honest, reliable, and able to work independently

· Good communication and customer service skills

What We Offer

· Salary of R9,000 – R14,000 per month, depending on experience
