Professionalising and managing the process of Public Representative Performance Management for the DA
Providing guidance and input on Public Representative Performance Management training for stakeholders, including the design of training material
Interacting with Party structures at Provincial and Regional level by requesting and circulating information on the Public Representative Performance Management process
Monitoring the health of the database in consultation with the developers and any other relevant consultants
Managing helpdesk requests and technical queries, referring database system bugs and issues to the service providers for resolution, and ensuring they are addressed timeously
Maintaining a database and records of all PR Performance Management meetings in an organised manner
Extracting and compile reports, as required
Providing overall assistance with Public Representative Performance Management

Requirements
Minimum requirements:
National Senior Certificate or equivalent
Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
3 years’ experience an administrative role
Experience in project management
Experience in performance management
Experience with system setup and management
Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite, Zoom, and Smartsheet or a similar tool
